These Terms govern your use of Dim, a personal migraine diary by Arve Tech FZC LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By downloading or using Dim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
1. Dim is not medical advice
Dim helps you record and review your own migraine attacks. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Nothing in Dim is a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and never disregard medical advice because of something in the app.
2. Your data is yours
Everything you log stays on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud. You own your data. You can export it or permanently delete all of it from within the app at any time.
3. Subscriptions
Dim is free to use. Dim Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
Dim is for your personal use. Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the app, and don't use it in any unlawful way.
5. Provided "as is"
Dim is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arve Tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above when we do; continued use of Dim means you accept the updated Terms.
