Weather and migraine log: pressure with context
Record the weather source, place and time next to your symptoms. A weather log can reveal questions worth exploring, but it cannot forecast your individual migraine risk.
Your worksheet
Your entries stay in this tab. Nothing you type is sent to Dim or saved automatically. Download before closing or refreshing. Avoid names or other identifiers if you plan to share the file.
How to use this worksheet
- Use the same weather source and pressure type for comparisons.
- Record units, time and approximate location.
- Include other context and days without attacks.
Pressure readings differ by location and by whether they are surface or sea-level values. Do not mix those series or assume a single pressure threshold applies to everyone.
