Sleep and migraine diary: compare your own routine

Record sleep timing alongside a daily headache note. This worksheet is for observing your routine over time, not proving that one short night caused an attack.

Your worksheet

Your entries stay in this tab. Nothing you type is sent to Dim or saved automatically. Download before closing or refreshing. Avoid names or other identifiers if you plan to share the file.

Entry 1

How to use this worksheet

  1. Note bedtime, waking time and your estimated sleep.
  2. Add interruptions or changes to your usual schedule.
  3. Compare several entries with your clinician rather than one night.

Include days without headache and nights that were typical. Time in bed is not necessarily time asleep. Label estimates rather than treating a wearable or your memory as exact.
